How much notice is needed for cake orders? |

Wedding cakes normally require 2-3 weeks from initial order to delivery. Celebration and special occasion cakes require only 2-3 days. PLEASE NOTE: We require at least 48 hours notice to change any order. |

Do you require a deposit? |
|
Effective 10/22/12, we will require a non-refundable deposit of ½ the amount of cake orders of $43 or more, and on all orders considered "specialty" regardless of dollar amount. Changes can be made to your order up until 12:00 noon two days prior to your order date. After 12:00 we will charge the specified amount to your credit card. |

What cake items are extra charge? |
|
Fresh fruit fillings require an additional charge. Also, a refundable deposit is required for all plastics used for wedding cakes, i.e. pillars, stairs, plates, bridges, etc. A partially refundable deposit is required for the use of fountains. |

Can a sheet cake be half-and-half? |
|
Yes, sheet cakes can have a different flavor and/or filling than the other half. |
